I like that their customer support team is always available to help. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing and help walked up through adding a category to the caregivers mobile app. Really friendly and his explanations were clear and precise. I also like how ERSP is really a one stop shop. Caregivers and clients can have the mobile app and use it to block our dates or view documents. There are so many features and some in which I am still learning about. Each feature was designed to make it easier for the admin staff to run the business.
