Frequently Asked Questions

  • Use Forgot Password on the mobile app login screen or on your agency’s eRSP login page.
  • If you don’t receive the email/text or can’t log in, contact your agency admin/owner/hiring manager to verify your account info.
  • Mobile App: Open the eRSP Caregiver app → choose your shift/visit → tap Clock In or Clock Out and follow any prompts (e.g., client verification).
  • Telephony (if your agency uses it): Call the telephony number provided by your agency → follow the voice prompts (you may need your ID/PIN).
  • If you can’t clock in/out, call your office so they can record your time.
  • Log in to the eRSP website in a browser.
  • Go to My Account → Reports to view hours, pay stubs, or payroll summaries (names may vary by agency).
  • Don’t see what you need? Ask your admin to confirm your access.

Try these steps in order:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it.
  2. Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi/cellular).
  3. Update the app from your app store.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Log in via the browser version using your agency’s eRSP URL.
